He has extensive psychotherapeutic training with a focus on substance use, trauma, ADHD, OCD, and anxiety spectrum disorders.

Our Treatment Philosophy

Our mission is to provide high quality, personalized, and holistic mental health care with close attention paid to your wants and needs. Our approach is focused on acting as your partner in your mental wellbeing, not just treating you as a patient. Together, we will find the right balance of pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic strategies to help you meet your goals, whatever they are.

Our Payment Model

For New York patients, we accept Aetna, Cigna, Anthem, BCBS, and several other commercial insurance plans. You can provide your insurance information and schedule an appointment through my Headway profile.

We also accept cash for patients who would prefer not to have an insurance record of their visit or are located in Florida.

For cash pay patients, new patient evaluations are scheduled for 60 minutes and are $450. Follow-up appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes and are $250.
